Melinda Gilliam is a talent development leader and coach who knows that how you think about your work shapes everything about how you do it.


For over a decade, she has worked alongside individuals and organizations to build stronger leaders, navigate meaningful change, and create the conditions for people to do their best work.


Known for her ability to translate insight into honest, practical action, Melinda creates space where reflection becomes a catalyst — not just for better performance, but for leaders who actually know themselves.
